ELDO is a family business established by Mr. Wang Chunfu in 2001 in Anhui Province, south of China. Mr. Wang firstly started the business by manufacturing wipes, including wet wipes, [dry wipes](http://www.eldocare.com/products/dry-wipe/?portfolioCats=16), for hygiene, cleaning, household, industry and hospital. In the beginning, Eldo only have less than 20 workers, and only 1 semi-automatic line.
