Founded in 1993, abs Fondsplattform GmbH, eFonds24 GmbH, founded in 2000, and the other business units and service segments are bundled in eFonds AG, which has a share capital of EUR 9.2 million. Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Alexander Betz. CEO Reiner Seelheim is responsible for the business area Solutions. Jürgen Singer is responsible for the business unit eFonds24. Board member Andreas Mense is responsible for the Pacta division.
