While the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) is relatively new law for Australia, it has a long history overseas. EDX has specialised in PPS since first introduced to New Zealand in 2002 - giving us many years experience to leverage for the Australian market. EDX's co-founder, Kim Powell relocated to Melbourne in 2010 to lead our market entry. Since then we have built a formidable team of experts to make sure you approach PPS in the best possible way. Mary Bayne, the other co-founder of EDX leveraged the advancements in technology and her vast experience from New Zealand to spearhead the development of ESIS, a securities management system with a business-to- government (B2G) link to PPSR in Australia.
