ELF empowers underprivileged students in Sri Lanka to achieve greater access to education. As its main approach, ELF has developed a unique peer-to-peer Micro-Scholarship Model that connects sponsors from around the world with students, creating a sustainable funding source for the students' education. In addition, ELF focuses on other complementary models to provide a more holistic solution to the problem. ELF is also focused on replicating its scholarship model in other developing countries.
