EduProtect develops personal security solutions that enable parents to locate and keep their children safe. Its proprietary product, Guard Llama, is a handheld wireless security remote. A simple push of the button on Guard Llama activates the EduProtect application. This automatically transmits the user’s personal profile and GPS location to emergency response centers, starts recording audio and video on the company’s remote servers, and alerts local police to immediately send help to that location. EduProtect was founded in June 2013 and is operated from Chicago, Illinois, the United States.
