eConciliar is a virtual platform for conciliation of legal proceedings where the parties can negotiate agreements. Through the eConciliar platform, lawyers in a lawsuit can bid "blindly" within a limit of rounds. When these bids are compatible, that is, a "match" occurs between them, the system generates an out-of-court agreement that can already be attached to the case file for the judge's approval.
