Eaternity supports organizations worldwide in calculating the exact environmental footprint of their food, with the goal of a food system within the planetary boundaries. From the absolute necessity for solution strategies Eaternity was created by the founders Judith Ellens and Manuel Klarmann at the ETH Zurich. With the Eaternity Score, the environmental impact of all food products in the market is made transparent and well-founded available to consumers and decision-makers.
