During the year ended December 31, 2011, it increased its holdings in real estate properties through its acquisition and development programs. On January 31, 2012, it acquired a 72,000 square foot distribution center and 18 acres of development land. In May 2014, the Company acquired Ridge Creek Distribution Center III located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
