Earthcomber also helps you find all the basic stuff—the cash machines, coffee shops, WiFi hotspots, hotels, post offices, restaurants—so that you can take care of your necessities and have time for more pursuits. The Earthcomber web application is available on a variety of mobile devices (iPhone, Blackberry, WAP, etc) and helps you find nearby places of interests. You can also use it to share your current location with friends, although not using any GPS or triangulation - you have to enter your ZIP code or current intersection manually.
