Patrons & Farmers Mutual of Missouri was chartered in 1877 The company was formed by area farmers in Harrisonville, Missouri to protect its policy-holder members from wind and fire devastation. While Patrons & Farmers still actively provides protection for farmers and ranchers, we primarily protect other types of property owners including homeowners, renters, mobile homeowners and landlords throughout the State of Missouri. Patrons & Farmers has carefully selected a network of Independent Agents who have strong ties to their local communities. Because Patrons & Farmers is a policy-holder owned Mutual Insurance Company, our agents also fill an important role by recommending potential policyholders to the company.
