DSIRE is a source of information on incentives and policies that support renewable energy and energy efficiency in the United States. It is operated by N.C. Clean Energy Technology Center at N.C. State University and is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. DSIRE’s aim is to provide up-to-date, accurate information to help individuals and organizations navigate the renewable energy and energy efficiency policies. It was launched in 1995 and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
