D'Shane Services has been in business since 2002 with an A+ rating with the BBB in the Cheyenne, Wyoming market. Over the years we have been approached to spearhead numerous unique projects including murals, hotel window washing and now flipping houses to make them affordable to the ones in need! At this point we have taken the hard money approach but unfortunately our investor pulled out leaving us high and dry to try to complete this project. There are numerous other projects in the works but purchasing these properties and rehab costs puts a major damper on using "traditional" hard money. We have been approached by a City Council Woman to see what we can do to purchase and rehab abandoned houses throughout Cheyenne but once again the financing has seemed to be the major downfall of trying to help the City beautify the area and provide affordable housing for those in need. We at D'Shane Services feel this is a win/ win/ win situation for everyone involved.
