Provide ability applications to be created, managed and deployed on the devices or cloud. These applications can do control, generate offline or realtime analysis and can produce actionable outcome. Such outcome can be physical - execute a mission, collect data from a region, monitor a particular area for changes in the environment, etc... or display alerts, results and statistics on a dashboard.
