Equity is the proud and honored winner of the 2015 Pillar Award! Since 1987, Women's Resource Center has honored West Michigan employers who have implemented best practices that empower women in their workplaces. Women's Resource Center calls this honor the Pillar Award. This award annually showcases the noteworthy efforts of local employers who are pillars of support to working women; including commitment to a workforce diversity and representation of all women regardless of socio-economic status, racial, ethnic or cultural identity.
