Arkham Horror is an adventure board game originally designed by Richard Launus in 1987 by Chaosium. A game for Chaosium's role-playing game Call of Cthulhu, located at Cthulhu Myth, created by HP Lovecraft and other horror writers. Fantasy Flight Games release Arkham Horror game j again in 2005. In this game, players are scholars in the Arkham village created by Lovecraft in Massachusetts. The portal opens up portals to other worlds. If too many portals are opened, a powerful guest will arrive to destroy Arkham and threaten the whole world. Players must either avoid or fight against alien creatures, go through the portals themselves, cope with strange worlds, return to Arkham and close portals.
