Dogs By The Bay is the best little collar shop in Texas. Dogs By The Bay started out as a small dream to design collars that they had a hard time finding ourselves. They started out with just a basic sewing machine and one table to put them together on and to sew them on too. All this was in one little room within their home. After a few years of being open, they have taken over the living room and breakfast area within our little house with tables, sewing machines, thread, ironing boards, and shelves packed with hardware and shipping supplies. Then one of the bedrooms has been turned into a fabric room that is always growing.
