The Document Foundation is an online platform and non-profit organization that facilitates the evolution of the LibreOffice community and offers the LibreOffice free office suite. It mainly provides its users with the ability to download and update the LibreOffice free office suite. The platform is also focused on encouraging corporate participation by sponsoring individuals to work as equals alongside other contributors in the community. The Document Foundation is based in Berlin, Germany.
