Diverse City is a solutions oriented business that specializes in diversity and inclusion training, consulting, coaching, and assessment. Founded Cheryl Ingram in 2015 after she noticed a major need to embed diversity practices into business, Diverse City does not believe in holding a one-off training to improve practices of diversity. It works with business to assess where inequity exists within their practices and create strategies to promote equity.
