Duncan Hynd Associates Ltd (DHA) is a leading designer and supplier of Radiotherapy products and services. Duncan Hynd Associates Ltd (DHA), founded by Duncan Hynd, a qualified radiographer, specialises in producing niche products improving productivity in cancer care and radiation therapy. The objectives were first to provide working capital to fund growth in the sales of agency products imported from abroad, and second to launch PoziTrak, a product designed by DHA to monitor the position of a patient during radiotherapy and, later, to actively control the radiation being delivered, so ensuring that the radiation is more precisely directed to the tumour with less damage to healthy tissue.
