Her clinical work focus as a bedside nurse was pediatrics, neonatal critical care and orthopedics. Nancy has held key operation positions including Chief Nurse Executive and Operations VP. Before starting her own consulting practice, Nancy worked as the Senior Vice President for Care Improvement at Allina Health System. Prior to joining Allina, Nancy worked for Children’s Hospitals & Clinics and United Hospital in St. Paul. She has extensive experience with project management, including rapid cycle improvement work; a strong track record of results; and a no-nonsense approach to improving care and service for patients and families. Nancy’s most recent work has focused on patient experience, culture change and operations improvement.
