Délégation Générale pour l'Entreprenariat Rapide is an initiative that supports the entrepreneurship of women and young people in Senegal. Its annual allocation of 30 billion aims to support the economic empowerment of women and young people and serve as a growth accelerator for GIEs, VSEs, SMEs and other economic operators. The DER provides funding for its targets as well as training and technical assistance.
