Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries is a sustainable commercial enterprise. Inspired by research from the World Fish Center about sustainably farming lobsters on land and by the traditional fishing families in the British Virgin Islands, Giles created an innovative approach to benefit both the community, industry, and environment. It was founded in 2005 and headquartered in Tórtola, Castilla-La Mancha.
