CRT was founder in 2007 to commerciallize cognitive radio research out of virginia tech.Key focus area of CRT include wireless network optimization and management,automated interoperability for public safety system,the analysis and design of distributed radio resource management algorithms,and SDR and DSP development implementation.CRT operates out of the business development centre in Lynchburg,virginia.
