Based on the wisdom of the crowds theory, we created CrowdInvest, an ecosystem that uses an internet platform to create exchange traded funds (ETF's) that anyone can buy and sell through any brokerage firm. The first phase of the internet platform is the CrowdInvest IOS mobile app, available now on the Apple App store. The CrowdInvest Wisdom Index is the first index that tracks the "long" votes of the users. CrowdInvest has a signed "Letter of Intent" with an ETF sponsor and expects to launch its first ETF in the second half of 2015.
