Crediavance is a mercantile company legally constituted in accordance with the Mexican legislation and that for its constitution and operation, does not require authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and that is subject to supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, solely for purposes of prevention and detection of operations with resources of illegal origin and financing of terrorism.
