About company

The product concept CREATE + (Commercial Real Estate Analysis Tools e-solutions) was originally established as a business area in the analysis company Econ Consulting Group AS in 2015, and was lifted and cultivated in its own company Create-Solutions AS in 2018. The company is owned by Econ Consulting Group AS (66%) and Smedvig Eiendom AS (34%). Our customers are primarily companies within banking / finance, property owners, property managers, contractors, insurance / pensions, management / investment, audit / law and business brokers, as well as public sector actors. Our solutions are based on standard Microsoft technology, and the subscription models involve a safe, comprehensive offering at a known cost to our customers.
