Family owned and operated since 1981 Community Physical Therapy was founded in a humble 450 square foot office in Middle Village Queens. Community Physical Therapy was founded with the mission of helping people overcome pain and disability through clinical expertise and personal attention. Over time our reputation for one on one physical therapy treatments and hands on approach created a loyal clientele. Due to increased demand, in 1999, Community Physical Therapy went beyond offering only the people of Queens physical therapy services, and opened its second location in Manhattan, in the well known 388 Greenwich st office building. In 2004 we expanded further with the opening of Community Physical Therapy Brooklyn NY.
