CPO was founded by Tim Lord, a certified disaster recovery and business contingency planner. Mr. Lord has a diverse recovery planning background covering more than 31 years. During this period he recognized, that for most organizations, recovery planning was a time-consuming and expensive issue that most often led to ineffective and outdated plans.
