China Power Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. (CPCEC), established in 1972, is a subsidiary wholly-owned by China Power Investment Corporation (CPI). Originally, it was a company under Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, and was renamed Complete Equipment Bureau under Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power in 1987. In 1999, it was officially reconstituted into CPCEC, which has a registered capital of RMB106.85 million and over 400 employees.
