Coulls Informatics Corp ("CIC" for short, pronounced like "kick") is a mobile technology company that works in sensitive or privileged environments (gov, finance, etc). We don't advertise who our customers are. We are NATO codified, and JCP awarded for R&D in the C4ISR space, which means we can also work with governments outside of FOIA requests.
