Core Business Solutions provides manufacturer trained technicians to support every product we offer. This training includes online classes and certifications as well as at least one week of training at a manufacturer facility per year. In addition, after a service call you will often receive a visit from one of our field supervisors. They are there to ensure that the technician completed our Total Quality Call process, so that not only was your problem resolved, but a comprehensive list of preventative maintenance procedures were followed to ensure maximum uptime. They will also ensure you are satisfied with the corrective action taken by the technician and any recommendations made.
