In the early spring of 2013, two guys in the San Francisco Bay Area strapped a camera to a helicopter and named it Vader. CopterOptics was born that day. Since then, the company has evolved from a small fly-by-night operation with but a single drone, to a much larger fly-by-night operation with a fleet of drones. So not that much has changed really. Except for the long list of AAA clients, the international acclaim, and their overall professionalism and skill level.
