Based in Los Angeles, Hustle streamlines the employment process for college students by offering them short term, same day jobs posted by people in their community. Student workers interact with an Uber Driver like interface - They are notified of jobs in their area and respond by sending a short prepared application to the employer. Employers receive a maximum of three applications and accept applications based on the number of workers they need. After a job is complete, the student and the employer rate each other and students are paid through the app on job duration based on their rate.
