Contratools reduces real estate contract recessions in the approval of funding through artificial intelligence and big data. The company is a Start-up incubated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Laboratory of Unisul (iLAB), in the Palhoça Campus, in Greater Florianópolis. Contratools was founded in 2017 and based in Palhoça, Santa Catarina.
