Members can use our forms (or bring in their own forms or their lawyer’s), fill them out, edit and negotiate the contract online with other parties (no more emailing Word docs back and forth), and e-sign the contract when they’re ready (no more printing out, signing manually and then faxing/scanning/emailing). The signed contracts are then automagically stored and organized for all parties, forever.
