On January 22, 2009, the Conseros products were acquired by Genesys Telecommunications Inc, part of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. The acquired Conseros products are being incorporated into the Genesys product suite to create Genesys intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD), a product that delivers operational efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery operations.
