Concierge Technologies was first established as a provider of text-to-speech applications through a proprietary software platform called the Personal Communications Attendant in 1996. Since completing a going public transaction in 2002 they have transitioned through several phases, including acquiring two operating subsidiaries, Planet Halo and Wireless Village. Their stock activities, public filings and reports can be found by searching their symbol (“CNCG”) on NASDAQ’s over-the-counter bulletin board.
