About company

Compector, launched in October 2012, is an online decision support system providing employer references for prospective employees. Compector gives prospective employees of an organization the chance to decide whether they would want to join it or not based on the references of the company’s former employees. It conducts an employee satisfaction survey to gather the opinions and level of satisfaction of former employees of a company. These surveys are then curated so that any prospective employee will be able to review them to get a clearer picture of the inner workings of the organization before deciding to join it.
