Commontown (registered under Libeto Pte. Ltd.) is the most prominent co-living brand and operator from South Korea. Founded in Seoul, South Korea in January 2017, it moved its headquarters to Singapore in 2018 as a strategic base for its global expansion plans over the next few years. Commontown opened its first space in Singapore in April 2019. Currently, Commontown runs over 400 beds in Seoul and over 40 beds in Singapore. Its co-living concept provides move-in ready rooms that are fully-furnished with all-inclusive membership of utilities and WiFi, weekly housekeeping, and access to shared spaces and community events.
