Colossal Order Ltd. is a privately owned Finnish game development studio, focusing on strategy games. The company was founded in June 2009 and is owned by employees. Most of the employees have game industry background.They are located at the centre of Tampere and have released three games: Cities in Motion, Cities in Motion 2 and Cities: Skylines with Paradox Interactive.
