“Increasing the effectiveness of adherence interventions may have a far greater impact on the health of the population than any improvement in specific medical treatments.” (WHO, 2003) We are a digital adherence start-up focusing on improving therapy compliance of chronically ill patients by applying behavioural economics principles. We combine human engagement with scalable algorithms and use the most relevant gamification factors: fun, friends and feedback. Patients can earn points by following their therapy plan, answering health quizzes, updating their vitals or engaging with the community. Financial, social, and motivational incentives help kickstart behaviour change and form long-lasting habits.
