Cohen & Company Inc. is a investment firm specializing in credit related fixed income products and investments. Institutional Financial Markets, Inc. was founded in 1999 as an investment firm focused on small-cap banking institutions, but has grown over the past ten years into a more diversified fixed income specialist. They are organized into two divisions: Asset Management and Capital Markets.
