CodeToday runs courses and workshops teaching computer programming to beginners. We run courses for children and professional adults. Children's courses: Our work focusses on school children who are ready to learn a text-based programming language. We use Python to teach the skills required to be an independent and confident programmer. Our courses run across London, including holiday camps in Hampstead, and we visit schools delivering workshops and assisting teachers with finding the best way to teach programming and integrate it with other aspects of the curriculum. Professional Adults: Getting started is often the hardest part of learning programming. Our focus is on de-mystifying the subject and teaching the fundamentals properly. We run training programs for companies who need to train their staff in programming, with an emphasis on quantitative applications.
