Coastal Excavation and Construction Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was established in 2007 by Santa Barbara native, Chad Cushman. Chad brings over 18 years of excavating experience, with certifications in crane operations, heavy equipment and basic surveying. Coastal Excavation and Construction Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor and is a member of the Santa Barbara Contractors Association.
