Cellular Operators Association of India is an industry association of GSM mobile service providers in India. It is dedicated to the advancement of modern communication through the establishment of world-class mobile infrastructure, products, and services, and to delivering the benefits of innovative and affordable mobile communication services to the people of India. The association provides a forum for discussions and the exchange of ideas between service providers, policy makers, regulators, technologists, and more who share a common interest in the development of mobile telephony in the country. Cellular Operators Association was founded in 1995 and is based in New Delhi, India.
