Launching Canada's first Public Cloud in 2012 has been a lot fun so far. We leverage OpenStack and use it as a platform to identify & develop products that are relevant to the OpenStack community. Our customers often tell us that they are ecstatic that they have found us as we are still pretty much the only place in Canada where you can sign up for IaaS and get started spinning up scaleable compute, storage, & SDN networking in minutes. We are bootstrappers at heart, we know how to run a great business and are on track to reach break even this year. Traditional VC's aren't all that interested in us and that's ok we are looking for angel investors who are looking for a lower risk profile as compared to many other startups to fuel our growth in a more sustainable way. Ideally that will be with connections to great mentors, advisors & customers. We can put a node up anywhere on the planet for about $8K/month in cost and are looking to expand globally.
