The Conservative Technology Forum (CTF) is a U.K.-based think tank and policy advisory body that consults industry, academia, and other key figures on important technological and societal issues, and puts these into mainstream political context. The Conservative Technology Forum’s mandate is to research key technology subjects, how these impact society, and to inform Conservative Party policy in the U.K. and European contexts. It grew out of the Conservative Computer Forum, which was founded in 1978, and was relaunched in May 2011.
