CliqMaps is an interactive map where groups can manage a video profile and showcase their interests and create an icon that represents that particular group. The home page of CliqMaps showcases a map where its users can see some icons placed in various spots. In the site header there is a category selection tool where the users can choose the appropriate category that interest them and browse through the icons to find their Cliq. CliqMaps is able to promote its events and activities on the map via the popup bubble that shows up when a user clicks on their icon. This acts as sort of an online billboard. Once the users create a profile on Cliqmaps, they can create a Cliq of their own.
