Clifftop was an active 1, then 2-man-show consultancy that evolved over time, from technical writing, to product management, to wiki migrations and conversions, to management consulting, sales, and support. Clients included: Adomo, AOL, Apple, Avaya, ChipX, Cisco Systems, ClickAction, CodeGear (Borland), ConSentry, Crosswind Tech, CustomWare, Cylink, ECTF, Insignia (now SmithMicro), Jaxtr, Keymage, Kineto Wireless, Lipstream, MediaPhy, Microsoft, Motorola, Netergy (now 8x8), Octel, OnLive! Technologies, Paceworks, Photuris, PocketThis (now CallGenie), PublicMind, Rearden Labs (now OnLive), Roche Pharmaceutical, Symantec, Symbol, Versit (Apple/AT&T/IBM/Siemens), Visteon (Ford Motor Co.). Since 2010, Clifftop has been reduced to sustaining services for only a handful of select clients i.e., Motorola Solutions, etc.
