Cineline India engages in the real estate business in India together with its subsidiaries. It operates in two segments, Leased Operations and Windmill. Cineline India is involved in renting out retailing, parking, and advertising spaces in malls, as well as theatre buildings to third parties; and conducting various exhibitions, as well as organizing events at the mall premises. It owns and leases nine theatres in and around Mumbai, Nasik, and Nagpur to PVR Cinemas; and a mall under the Eternity Mall name located in the area of Variety Square in Nagpur in India as well as provides car-parking and maintenance services. Cineline India also generates renewable energy through a windmill with capacity of 0.6 MWA located at Viswada in Gujarat; and a windmill with capacity of 1.6 MWA situated at Revangaon in Maharashtra. Cinemax Properties that began operation in 2002 became Cineline India in March 2013. Cineline India has its headquarters in Mumbai, India. It is a subsidiary of Cine Hospitality.
